1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and c100i ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at c100i.io and all associated services, platforms, games, and features offered thereunder.

Access to c100i and participation in any game, betting market, promotion, or other feature offered on the platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and c100i. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with c100i, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as verified by valid government-issued identification.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and are not registering or operating on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by c100i for breach of these Terms or any related policy.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close associate of c100i or any of its software or payment providers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by c100i or any affiliated responsible gaming body.

c100i reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending resolution. We apply Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with standard international gaming industry practice.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one active account on the c100i platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts associated with the same person — identified by name, email address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or other technical indicators — we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending bonuses therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes. c100i is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration or any failure to update account details.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
• Account Security: You must notify c100i immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. c100i is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where 2FA was available but not enabled.
• Account Suspension: c100i reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

Players from Bangladesh are welcome on the platform and may fund their accounts using local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All account balances are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) by default for Bangladesh-based players.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

c100i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment channels listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your c100i balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
• Verification Requirements: c100i may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds defined thresholds. This may include submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. c100i reserves the right to apply alternative methods where technically necessary.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in BDT. c100i does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
• Declined Transactions: c100i is not responsible for declined deposits caused by restrictions applied by your bank or mobile money provider. Contact your provider directly for assistance with declined transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

c100i offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the Player.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). You must wager the bonus amount — or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified — the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at lower rates or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and free spins expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: c100i operates zero-tolerance towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Detected abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or per hand may be restricted. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Promotional Eligibility: c100i reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

Seasonal promotions associated with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, the Bangladesh Premier League, the T20 World Cup, and the IPL are published on the platform as they become available. Participation in such promotions is subject to the specific terms stated at the time of publication.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on c100i — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports markets — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant product area.

• Finality of Results: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. Game and match results are final once confirmed by the relevant provider or sporting authority.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data-feed failure that results in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, or game outcome, c100i reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting interface. c100i reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Palpable Errors: Odds or prices that are clearly erroneous ("palpable errors") due to human or system error may be corrected or cancelled at c100i's discretion, regardless of whether a bet was placed and accepted at the erroneous price.
• RNG Certification: All casino games on c100i use Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by independent testing laboratories. The house edge for each game is determined by the game provider and is built into the game's mathematical model.
• Live Sports Betting: In-play betting odds are updated in real time. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event is determined will be voided. c100i is not responsible for internet latency or delays that may affect the timing of live bets.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c100i platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption affecting the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform to gain credits or an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity. c100i complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, bans, or self-exclusion periods.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c100i staff or other Players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

c100i is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We offer a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity responsibly. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek independent support.

• Session Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders and hard log-out timers to control playing time.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the c100i platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, images, text, game assets, brand names, logos, trademarks, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of c100i or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of c100i.

10 Limitation of Liability

• c100i is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
• c100i is not responsible for the accuracy of odds or information provided by third-party data feeds used in the sportsbook.
• The Player assumes full responsibility for all wagering decisions. Gambling involves risk, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

11 Privacy & Data

c100i collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Governing Law

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own country of residence. Players in Bangladesh remain subject to local laws regarding online gambling, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming complies with applicable Bangladeshi law.
